DEC Leasable Space
- Individual Office Suites – The DEC offers individual office suites that range between $240 to $650 per month (average size $275), all inclusive. These suites provide private space with secured key access to both the building and office. The DEC Green Integrator has space reserved specifically for “green” companies that provide green products and services.
- Workstations – The DEC offers workstation space, in an open environment, with secured key access to the building and lockable storage space within the workstation. These spaces range between $60 to $100 per month.
- Cubicles – The DEC offers individual cubicle space, in an open environment, with more privacy than the workstations. These spaces have secured key access to the building and lockable storage space within the cubicle, and range between $125 to $150 per month.
Benefits to Leasing DEC Space
- Access to reserving DEC conference rooms and presentation rooms, free of charge.
- DEC mailing address.
- Access to on-site resources such as: Free Wireless Internet; Time Warner Cable at normal business rates for those needing more than the free wireless; Shared Copier/Printer/Scanner for a nominal fee; and, Phone Service and Exchange Server for a special DEC rate.
- Regular access to DEC Collaborators and Tech Columbus and SBDC representatives.
- Invitations to special DEC and City of Dublin Events.
