Huntington National Bank is a DEC supporter and the provider of the beverages on the two  Jelly (networking) days each month.

Huntington Small Business Representatives Rob Haslinger and Danny Church enjoy getting to know the tenant business owners and other entrepreneurs who visit the DEC. They have also led workshops on small business lending and they enjoy building long-term relationships with the DEC business community.

“We act as a resource for the entrepreneurs by answering their questions as many folks are in the beginning stages of needing capital for business,” said Rob. “We want them to know we are here, and that we understand small business and we are ready to help them grow.”

“We try to focus on providing creative solutions to the entrepreneurs when they need funding. Instead of saying ‘no’, we want to find ways to come to a solution to help them,” said Danny.

Both Rob and Danny see a strong future for the DEC business community and enjoy the many “cool people” they meet at the DEC.

“Huntington has always been a huge part of the central Ohio community in working with small business,” said Rob. “We want to continue to push the envelope, sit down, talk and give them the individual attention they can expect from the Huntington.”
